At le Cycliste au Repos, every piece is designed to be worn, lived in, and enjoyed at the end of a long ride.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase—but we also ask that you take a moment to choose carefully before ordering.
Sizing – Please Read Before Ordering
We strongly encourage all customers to check sizing carefully before purchasing.
- Detailed size guides are provided on each product page and the size guide page
- Measurements are specific to each garment
- Fits may vary between styles
We ask that you take the time to compare these measurements with a favourite item you already own.
As a small independent brand, we aim to reduce unnecessary returns for both environmental and operational reasons.
Returns Eligibility
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection where sizing guidance was clearly provided
- Custom or personalised products
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Returns Process
To request a return:
- Email us at returns@lcar.cc within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Replace the item where possible, or
- Offer a full refund
Return shipping costs will be covered in these cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

We produce in small batches and aim to minimise waste.
By checking sizing carefully before ordering, you help reduce unnecessary shipping and returns—something we truly value as part of our ethos.
